
High School Strength at our gym in Hampton is an 8-week progressive athlete development program designed specifically for teens ages 12–18. This program was created to help young athletes improve strength, conditioning, speed, and overall athletic performance while preparing them for high school and collegiate athletics.
At CrossFit Stimulus, our goal is to help athletes gain a competitive edge while building confidence, discipline, and long-term healthy training habits.
Each 60-minute class includes a structured strength training program followed by a higher-intensity conditioning workout. Athletes spend approximately 20–40 minutes focusing on strength development before completing 10–30 minutes of conditioning work designed to improve stamina, endurance, and overall fitness.
This balanced approach helps athletes develop multiple areas of performance including strength, explosiveness, speed, cardiovascular endurance, and mental toughness.
Whether athletes participate in football, basketball, soccer, baseball, wrestling, or other sports, High School Strength at our Hampton gym is designed to help improve overall athletic ability.
One of the most important aspects of this program is teaching proper movement mechanics and safe lifting techniques. Many young athletes are introduced to strength training without detailed coaching, which can lead to poor habits and increased injury risk.
At CrossFit Stimulus, we prioritize safety and proper movement before increasing intensity or weight. Our Coaches work closely with athletes to ensure they understand correct form and movement patterns for major lifts and exercises.
