Every year we host a One Day, 2-Person Team Competition with 200 competitors and 300+ spectators & volunteers.
Athletes from near and far come together and put it all on the line in front of hundreds of spectators for a chance to be Crowned the KILO CrushFest Champions.

RX, Intermediate, Novice Divisions
3 WODs plus Floater and Final WOD
Prizes awarded to the Top 3 Teams in each division
