Mobility Yoga is an all-levels class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize muscles, ligaments and joints in order to increase athletic performance in CrossFit.
Each session focuses on opening and mobilizing areas that are regularly used in a CrossFit routine, such as: shoulders, hips, ankles, the t-spine, wrists, hamstrings and more.
This class is taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga, linking poses fluidly with breath and music to keep you engaged.
Not your ordinary yoga class, each session combines energizing music and challenging postures that focus specifically on improving your performance for upcoming WOD’s.
