Gloria Moses



Gloria has been an expert in group fitness for more than 25 years, leading a variety of classes including Pilates, Barre, Cycling, Weightlifting, Ab Attack, Crossfit, and more. She has also trained more than a hundred clients through Personal Training.

Gloria joined Cortney’s team at the Zenya Yoga Studio before they opened, & helped in creating & developing their Barre Fusion class, which she still teaches today.

Gloria found Crossfit along with Cortney in 2011, & completed her CrossFit Level 1 training, and joined forces with Cortney, and started coaching Crossfit in her garage gym. She shared in Cortney’s vision and help the business expand in 2013 into the new CrossFit Stimulus that so many people enjoy today.

1. What’s something I would never guess about you?
“I love to paint rooms in my home. Painting them each in bold colors… giving them warmth and personality.”

2. Would you rather go 30 days without your phone or your entire life without dessert?
“I would definitely go without dessert….who needs those calories. I rather burn calories talking on my phone”

3. If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
“Salads…salads…and more salads with all the super greens yum yum!!”

4. How much would someone have to pay you to eat a live spider?
“Absolutely NOTHING because I would never do it!””

5. If you joined the circus, what would your circus act be?
“RINGMASTER – Love to host and entertain enjoy bringing in excitement, laughter, and fun!”
