SWEAT CLASSES

Simplistic, low impact exercises using dumbells, kettlebells, and other easy to use Crossfit equipment — No barbells or complicated movements. Personalization is key to getting the best results, which is why our workout program is modified to fit your individual fitness goals, fitness level, and any physical limitation.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-On-One & Small Group Training. For those looking to fast-track their results, there are no shortcuts, but we can get you there faster! Schedule a private session for yourself or for you and a couple friends.

This is an awesome way for beginners to get started and perfect their form in movements, or for experienced athletes to work on their weakness and take their fitness to the next level and dial in on gymnastics movements and barbell lifts.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, or just eat healthier to feel your best every day, we customize a nutrition plan that is DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU.

FREE CHILDCARE

Yes we have childcare! It is a complimentary service for all members and guests. Children of all ages welcome including infants. The gated childcare area is open and visible by you throughout your class. It has a TV for Netflix movies, lots of toys, a chalk board wall for beautiful kids graffiti, and is supervised by a loving provider.

GYMNASTICS SKILLS & DRILLS

Focuses on skills and drills to improve overall body strength using bodyweight movements such as core and hollow body work, pushups, handstand work, pull-up and muscle-up progressions, dips, parallette work, toes to bar, and much more.

BARBELL SKILLS

Experience measurable improvement in your Olympic lifts in this all-levels, beginner friendly, skills class. The class will include skill transfer exercises, footwork drills, grip techniques, mobility work, strength building exercises, etc. for the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

Train your weakness & see improvement in your movement in everything you do. Note: This is a skills class not a WOD. Class should be taken as an accompaniment to at least 3-4 regular WODs weekly.

MOBILITY YOGA

Mobility Yoga is an all-levels class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize muscles, ligaments and joints in order to increase athletic performance in CrossFit.

CROSSOVER SYMMETRY

Replace pain with strength. Rehab your shoulders in 30 days or less with the proven Crossover Symmetry program.

INBODY- BODY COMPOSITION TESTING

See what you’re made of in 15 SECONDS. Your weight consists of muscle, fat and water, and the key to effective weight loss is losing excess body fat, not overall body weight. Instead of tracking how heavy you are, use body composition analysis to track how healthy you really are.

ACTIVE KIDS

Give your kids a break from the computer screen and GET THEM ACTIVE AGAIN with Stimulus Active Kids! Instill good fitness habits early and give them an outlet for all that energy.

HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH

The High School Strength and Conditioning program at CrossFit Stimulus is an 8-week progressive athlete development program designed for teens ages 12-18.

It was developed with the high school level athlete in mind, to give them a leg up on the competition and prepare them for high school and college level athletic programs.

ADAPTIVE ATHLETE TRAINING

Have an injury or limitation that keeps you from doing some of the things that you love? WE CAN HELP! We specialize in working with people with limitations and injuries and are Certified Adaptive Coaches. We work with all levels and any limitation that exists!

MASSAGE

A massage is one of the BEST self-care things you can do for your body and your mind. Our “CrossFit specific massage” is a great way to break up muscle tension, improve circulation, improve mobility, and get you back on top of your game!

CHIROPRACTIC

We have our own in-house Chiropractor! CrossFit training causes athletes to develop tightness in their muscles and joints more rapidly than in other sports, and without proper mobility and soft tissue work, this can create risk for injury. Chiropractic therapy offers CrossFit athletes advanced soft-tissue therapy which helps the musculoskeletal system to release stress faster and recover rapidly in order to perform again at a high level.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT TECHNIQUES

Cortney and Nicole are Certified and experienced in screening dysfunctional movement patterns and utilizing IASTM tools (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) to improve mobility, movement, and to reduce pain and help you MOVE BETTER. We integrate corrective exercise techniques, along with evidenced based kinesiology taping, blading, cupping, & flossing – to deliver comprehensive athlete care.

KILO CRUSHFEST- ANNUAL COMPETITION

Every year we host a One Day, 2-Person Team Competition with 200 competitors and 300+ spectators & volunteers. Athletes from near and far come together and put it all on the line in front of hundreds of spectators for a chance to be Crowned the KILO CrushFest Champions.
